VAT Increase Coming on 1 March 2026
The Belgian government has announced that, starting 1 March 2026, the VAT rate on tourist accommodation will rise from 6% to 12%. This change applies to all new bookings made from 1 March onwards.
This means that all our prices on rental accommodations will increase by 6% as required by this new regulation.
Book now and still benefit from the current rates
If you make your reservation before 1 March, your booking will remain subject to the current 6% VAT rate. This allows you to avoid a 6% price increase on your stay.
What does this mean for you?
- Book before 1 March → your stay remains at 6% VAT
- Book on or after 1 March → the new 12% VAT applies automatically
- The change applies to all types of stays
